Hmm is there an easy way of getting rid of a 4 star wanted level?

It seems near enough impossible to get into a pay n spray without the old bill seeing me enter, and getting out of radar range is just as impossible by car, foot, boat or helicopter.

Can you tell I get chased by cops alot? I swear they are on every damn street lol
