While I was inspired to post because I saw someone do it with an Ani DiFranco performance from last night's Conan, I looked through YouTube's Ani offerings, and found one I liked better, as it was a song that meant a lot to me for a long time...and still gets me boosted, when necessary.
So, with that, I present Ms. Ani DiFranco and "32 Flavors":

I love the dude who bangs on the drum and the tamborine with the single drum stick. "Um, eddie, yeah, why don't you take these two things and beat on them..."
I really like the sound, though. And, granted, David Bowie is there, but the singer kinda sounds like him.

Ha, yeah. He does more then just bang on the drum and tamborine with also playing keyboard, electric guitar, and accordion. He also has an awesome side project in The Bell Orchestre. But yeah, banging that drum and tamborine is still incredible. ha
I have got to still see them live. Should happen this fall around there second albums release.

Anyway, I'm going with Ween tonight. I love Ween. Almost every song has a different sound...even genre...going for it. Anyway, I didn't know this song had a video. All I'm going to say is this song was played often during happy "altered states" in college. It still makes me laugh like it did then. Granted, it may not be that funny, but it left me with a happy little footprint in my mind:
